Project Background

With the increasing business volume of banks, more and more systems are connected to the image content management platform, leading to exponential growth in stored data. The traditional imaging content management platform has risks in areas such as image data leaks and loss in data acquisition and storage, and cannot meet the growing business needs in terms of business processing performance and system operation. To this end, Beiming Software has developed an intelligent imaging content management platform, which aims to build a bank-wide content management infrastructure, formulate unified standards for unstructured data management, achieve unified and secure management of massive unstructured data, efficient and convenient access, and comprehensive integration and sharing of information. It provides a unified view of all bank content, and complete unstructured data planning and governance.

Project Brief

This project plans to build a unified bank-wide imaging content management platform, including an enterprise-level unstructured storage platform, an unstructured data acquisition capability center, and an unstructured data service center. Meanwhile, the plarform will support the establishment of a bank-wide archives management platform to manage archives of credit, accounting, and mobile account opening. Through the construction of a unified archive management platform across the bank, it provides life-cycle management functions for various systems in the bank and archives generated in the operation and management process to meet the management needs of office, science and technology, and other business archives.

1. 1. Data resource integration

The intelligent imaging content management platform integrates the existing unstructured data resources of various banks and builds a bank-wide content management infrastructure. It optimizes the existing unstructured data transmission, storage and other processes, formulates unified standards for unstructured data management, and enables secure, efficient access and comprehensive integration and sharing of massive amounts of unstructured data. This approach avoids the duplicated construction of imaging modules typical of traditional "silo" systems and reduces operating costs.
2. Full Lifecycle Management
The Intelligent Imaging Content Management Platform realizes full lifecycle management of unstructured data from acquisition, management, and utilization to archiving, and provides standardized development tools, service interfaces and tool plug-ins, that support integration with various business systems and secondary development.
3. Unified Imaging Support Service
The Intelligent Imaging Content Management Platform provides unified image data acquisition, retrieval, presentation, transmission, storage and other functions for various application systems in the bank. It provides unified imaging support services for the centralized management and storage of image data in the whole bank, enabling the integration of systems such as post-monitoring, audio and video recording, credit card image information platform, and loan business images. This supports the construction of follow-up business systems in the bank and the data interaction of the big data platform and its business applications.

Through the construction of this project, Suning Bank can make better use of the unstructured data generated by its business. The whole process complies with national archives management regulations and the overall requirements for graded archive management in state-owned and private enterprises. It realizes the multi-level archive management of Suning Bank and the digital linkage with superior management institutions. At the same time, it achieves seamless integration with other systems of Suning Bank, and completes the standard deployment of Suning Bank, greatly improving the efficiency of archiving and aiding overall department control of archive filing and utilization.
