Project Background

In order to comprehensively improve the efficiency of park management, the wealth financial group set the construction goal of "digital transformation, defining administrative smart office standards for the headquarters park", and commissioned Beiming Software to build a smart office park standard architecture, focusing on business applications, developing new online digital service experiences, and solving the problems of insufficient intensive enterprise construction, poor business experience, suboptimal smart operation, and inefficient management from multi-dimensional intelligent management.
 

Project Brief

From top-level planning to delivery and operation, Beiming Software provides the wealth park with the construction of a full-chain smart new park, integrating planning, design, and construction. It achieves an effective connection between objects, between people and objects, and between people, providing a standard architecture of the smart office park and a new experience of digital services.
The project’s construction is mainly divided into three parts: the comprehensive management platform of the smart park, the smart office applications, and the weak current intelligent engineering project.
1. Smart Park Comprehensive Management Platform: Provide data access, data analysis and storage, common tools and business logic services for park business integration through unified access, services and operation and maintenance.
2. Smart Office Applications: Achieve unified operation and analysis capabilities for the park, providing a centralized, safe, and comfortable environment with convenient and intelligent services for customers, employees, third parties, and visitors through interfaces and mobile devices.
3. Weak Current Intelligent Engineering: It encompasses comprehensive wiring, video surveillance, access control, audio and video conferencing, multimedia information release, and environmental monitoring systems to enhance the intelligent experience of the park.
