With the goal of ensuring enterprises and citizens can efficiently complete their tasks, the district entrusted Beiming Software to build a smart microservices platform, "Shizhong Easy Services".
Relying on the combination of“WeChat + AI intelligence + innovative applications”, Shizhong Easy Services gathers all kinds of data and information resources to create databases for knowledge, address, business, archives, inspections, licenses, policies, evaluations, etc. From the perspective of the enterprises and the public, it established 6 major categories and over 20 subcategories, including the "enterprise start-up zone", "WeChat queue zone", "government service ratings platform", "pre-notification platform", "service handling", and "life services", providing enterprises with a seamless service system throughout the lifecycle.

1. The platform is a smart microservices platform that integrates government services, policy and financial services, and professional services, relying on "WeChat + AI intelligence + innovative applications".
2. Designed with a "citizen's perspective," the platform offers features such as “WeChat queueing”, smart navigation, remote inspections, policy updates, enterprise space, and intelligent reminders for license expiration.

The platform fully embodies the principles of "One-Stop Service," "Mobile Convenience," and "Immediate Processing" through the WeChat interface, realizing one-click policy queries, clear approval notifications, streamlined handling, and friendly post-service engagement. It effectively addresses issues such as difficulty, slowness, complexity, and redundancy in handling tasks for enterprises and citizens.
1. The first phase of the project was launched in June 2019. As of June 2023, the official account of "Shizhong Easy Services" has 1.155 million subscribers.

The system has comprehensively improved the efficiency of government services, optimized citizens’ service experience, reduced information asymmetry, promoted collaboration between government agencies, and provided more convenient, efficient, and transparent government services for residents and enterprises in the jurisdiction.
