However, the company faced issues such as low service quality, information silos, irregular processes, and inefficiency during its informatization development. These problems have led to high operating costs, low benefits, and difficult management within the company. Therefore, how to improve the quality and efficiency of the industry and reduce management costs has become an urgent problem for property management enterprises.
In order to solve the customer’s problems, Beiming Software proposes to build an integrated intelligent asset management platform to achieve information sharing, collaboration and process optimization within the property management company, effectively improving its efficiency and service quality, realizing enterprise informationization and digital transformation, reducing operating costs, and enhancing competitiveness.
In response to the concerns and needs raised by the company, Beiming Software has designed a complete plan for the platform construction, including the establishment of a data center, a data sharing center, a data service center, and a data analysis platform. It integrates and collects data from 10 business systems such as asset management, quality inspection, acceptance inspection, medical waste treatment, smart parking, and energy management, along with the collection, storage, processing, cleaning, integration, and analysis of data. It has standardized all aspects of the data supply chain to support front-end data applications in a standard, secure, unified, shared, and service-oriented manner.
The platform offers a mobile app that provides integrated data and business services for various business scenarios, interfaces with multiple commonly used platforms in the enterprise, provides unified and convenient business services on the mobile device, and meets the daily work needs of employees across different business lines in the enterprise in a one-stop manner.
1. Data Visualization and Hierarchical Access
The integrated management platform features a large IOC visualization screen tailored to meet users' specific needs, offering a comprehensive data visualization solution. Through data visualization technology, the platform presents data in charts and other forms, making data easier to understand and use. At the same time, the platform sets different levels of viewing permissions for users with different needs, allowing centralized presentation and analysis of the company's current business status across various levels — from the headquarters, regions, branches, and projects to different business areas such as work order management, inspection management, hidden hazard investigation, and parking management.
2. Mobile Integrated App for Efficient Work Coordination and Assignment
The integrated management platform is designed to assist property management companies in coordinating and assigning daily tasks both timely and accurately. For example, through the mobile app, property management personnel can quickly handle work order requests, inspections, medical waste treatment, hidden danger investigation, and other work across multiple business lines. The app has diversified business functions and adopts a multi-level security policy, which realizes the integration of data and services of various service systems, ensuring data and application security.
The integrated management platform project has completed the construction of the first and second phases. The first phase of the project was launched in December 2021 and won unanimous praise within the enterprise. The second phase has been launched since November 2022 and has been running steadily since then. It has received visits and inspections from a number of leaders from peer units, superior units, group units, etc., garnering consistent praise and affirmation from all units. The completion of the national centralized management platform has a positive effect on the company’s internal Party conduct and clean governance, image publicity and business empowerment.
