Project Background

In response to the national strategy for the development of the digital economy, Zhoucun District of Zibo actively promoted the integration of government service items, aiming to achieve more off-site and one-stop online services. Traditional government consulting, which mainly relies on telephone consulting, with numerous consultation cases and heavy pressure on manual customer service; and there is a lack of rapid learning and answering methods, lengthy and inefficient inspection processes with high costs, and difficulties in seeking help with self-service machine transactions. Beiming Software was entrusted to develop a cloud consulting system, a cloud investigation system, and a government service station system, so as to facilitate efficient services for the public.

Project Brief

The Cloud consulting system established a knowledge base for all business questions and answers for the approval bureau and other departments, and built intelligent consulting robots based on the base. Providing all-business intelligent consulting services to the public through various methods such as scenario-based and video animation.
The cloud inspection system applies technologies such as facial recognition, identity authentication, digital signatures, and location tracking to realize the combination of online and offline inspection modes. While improving the efficiency of the inspection, the inspection process is standardized and unified to ensure safe and convenient data management.
The government service station system provides remote "face-to-face" services and "hand-in-hand" guidance, providing the convenience of "instant online, nearby, and one-stop services."
